02 / A BETTER WAY TO BUILD

THE USUAL WAYTHE extruded.ai WAY

More time at the bench.
Less time at the screen.

Extrusion is wonderfully versatile. Designing with it shouldn’t feel like a second job. We connect the design, parts list, and instructions so you can get on with making.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you build.

Do I need to know CAD?+

No CAD experience is needed to try the frame prototype. Start with a description and dimensions. A connected AI interpreter can also read dimensioned sketches.

What can I build today?+

Configure a workbench with live dimensions and an optional lower shelf. Orbit the 3D model, inspect parts, explore draft assembly steps, and export the parts list. You can also explore fixed desk, workstation and rolling cabinet examples, with rough parts budgets. Custom text generation and AI sketch interpretation are not connected yet.

Can I order parts directly yet?+

One-click ordering and delivery are part of the planned service. Checkout is not live in this preview. The current prototype lets you explore a frame and export its parts list.

How does the price comparison work?+

The 30–40% figure is an indicative comparison supplied by extruded.ai, not a live quote or guaranteed saving. The difference depends on equivalent parts, order quantities, shipping, and current supplier pricing.

Is the interactive manual ready to build from?+

This page shows an illustrative four-step preview. The prototype’s design-specific instructions are still drafts, pending physical assembly and installation validation.
